This documentary tells the story of the overnight postal express from Euston to Glasgow through the eyes of the signalmen & stationmasters as well as the men who deal with the mail en route. Also included are the classic verse by W.H. Auden and music by Benjamin Britten. The final cost of this production, which was made in 1936, was £3,546.
