The Buntingford Branch Line opened in July 1863. It ran through 13 3/4 miles of beautiful Hertfordshire countryside from St. Margarets to Buntingford. There were six intermediate stations, Mardocks (which served Wareside) later the name changed to Mardock, Widford, Hadham, Standon, Braughing and Westmill. The branch was closed by Dr. Beeching and the last passenger train ran on the 14th November 1964, the last goods on 17th September 1965.

This DVD depicts the memories of some of the people who worked the line accompanied by cine, video and photographs.
