  • 24Nov07-IAN IS BACK I have been to "Amazing" Australia for a few weeks, visiting railways, customers & friends. My staff had some delivery problems with a small number of orders while I was away (but still around thanks to the internet). I'm now sorting these few out!

VHS VIDEOS With some exceptions, we do not now keep stock of ANY VHS VIDEOS. (see our FAQ Q5) All VHS titles are ordered in especially for you and sometimes (but not often) it can take weeks (see the FAQ Q5). The publishers are running down their stocks and will often wait until they get enough orders before making a new batch. I am altering the web site to reflect this and it's quite a task!. In the meantime. if you order a video on VHS and do not instruct me otherwise, if there is a DVD version that will be supplied instead. Of course if there isn't a DVD version......

Buy any B & R DVDs and they will be sent POST FREE to a UK address. Post Free is UK only and does not apply to VHS copies, signed-for, special delivery or overseas orders, any other producer or format. If you have an order containing a B & R DVD, we won't charge P&P on the B & R DVD item. Note the shopping cart system will automatically add on the postage and this will show on your order BUT I WILL MANUALLY deduct the postage *WHEN* I PROCESS YOUR ORDER (see FAQ.19).

The Post and Packing charge for DVDs is £2.75 for one, £3.75 for two, £4.75 for three, £5.75 for four! I will manually adjust the shipping cost when I process your order (at certain times of the year or by order value, I may send them by international signed-for (£3.50 extra per packet, not per DVD) which is slightly more expensive but is at cost).
